Shisha rauchen ungesund?
22 05 2008Im letzten Jahr gab es immer mehr Zeitungsberichte darüber, dass Shisha rauchen schädlicher als Zigaretten ist. Eine Studie hat ergeben, dass bei einer ”Sitzung”, die eine Dauer von ca. 40 Minuten hat, mehr Teer und Kohlenmonoxid an den Menschlichen Körper abgegeben wird, als bei einer ganzen Schachtel Zigaretten. Diese Studie ist leicht anzufechten, da bei der Studie der Taback auf 600-650 Grad Celsius erhitzt wurde. Beim Shisha rauchen, wird der Taback jedoch nur auf 100 bis 150 Grad erhitzt. Daher ist Shisha rauchen nicht so schlimm wie Zigaretten, da man außerdem meist zusammen an einem Topf raucht, und nicht die ganze Zeit ”am Schlauch hängt”. Man sollte es meiner Meinung nach nicht übertreiben, da bei allem was man verbrennt gesundheitsschädliche Stoffe enstehen. Von manchen Shishatabak wird behauptet, ihr Tabak enthälte 0,0% Teer. Dies ist eigentlich korrekt. Doch der Teer wird beim verbrennen des Tabaks frei. Also ist es auch nicht wahr, dass es einen Tabak ohne Teer gibt. Außerdem hängt die Menge Kohlenmonixid, die frei wird auch von der verwendeten Kohle ab. Leider gibt es bisher noch keine Studie, die besagt welche Kohle wie viel Kohlenmonoxid produziert.
